Please read these terms carefully before using the marketplace.

1. The platform

Africa Market Place is an online marketplace that allows members to publish listings for products and services and to communicate with each other. We are not a party to any transaction between members.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these terms.

3. Listings

You may only list items and services you are legally allowed to sell. Prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or illegal items are not permitted and will be removed.

4. No guarantee

Africa Market Place does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, availability or performance of any product, service, seller or buyer on the platform. You transact at your own risk.

5. Verification

The Verified Member badge indicates only that a member completed our verification process. Verification fees are non-refundable once an application has been reviewed.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Africa Market Place is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions, communications or content between members.
